Meet Dr. Eric Martin

Dr. Martin moved to Pennsylvania when he was 13 years old and attended York Catholic High School, where he met Nick Lupinetti, one of his best friends. Nick’s father, Dr. Tony Lupinetti, was Dr. Martin's dentist growing up, and Dr. Martin admired the impact that he had on his community, and his ability to make a big impact on the lives of others.

Ultimately, this is what led Dr. Martin to pursue a career in dentistry. After attending Bucknell University for his undergraduate degree, Dr. Martin obtained his DMD from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 2017. After graduating, Dr. Martin was mentored by Dr. FR "Skeets" Ellis at his practice in Somerset from 2017-2020. At the onset of 2021, Dr. Martin took over the dental practice with the goal of bringing modern, comprehensive dentistry to the community.

When he’s not busy running our practice, Dr. Martin loves exploring the great outdoors. You’ll find him hiking and waterskiing in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and shooting hoops all year round. He’s also an avid traveler and a big fan of Pitt sports and the Buffalo Bills.

Meet Dr. Jasmine Renee Lopez

Dr. Lopez recently relocated to Somerset from Edison, NJ. She first saw the impact of dentistry while observing her aunt, who operated a dental office in the Philippines. Seeing the meaningful connections her aunt made with the community inspired her to become a dentist.

After attending Rutgers for her undergraduate degree, Dr. Lopez obtained her DMD from the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. Her favorite part of dentistry is helping people get out of pain, restoring smiles, and using her talents to give back to the community.

During Dr. Lopez's downtime, she enjoys unwinding at home by playing computer games or planning out her next trip. It has always been her goal to travel the world. In addition, she also likes to explore the city and try new restaurants. Dr. Lopez is on a constant search for interesting and delicious food!

Dr. Snjezana Jelaca-Bagic

Dr. Bagic’s dental career began in her home country of Croatia, where she first earned her dental degree from Zagreb University Dental School in 1988. After practicing for some years in her home city of Zadar, she moved to Bethesda, MD to be with her husband and began working as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant.

Dr. Bagic then moved to Pittsburgh in 2005, where she earned both her Dental Hygiene degree and dental degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, she spent eight years as an instructor at Pitt, earning back-to-back Faculty Appreciation Awards for her leadership and dedication. With her years of experience and focus on holistic dentistry, Dr. Bagic is a valued member of our team.

Away from the office, Dr. Bagic keeps her body active with pickleball, water aerobics, yoga, and dance. She also loves meditating, reading a good book, and planning trips around the globe with her family.

What to expect

Your First Visit

We’re an all-digital office, so you can fill your forms out before your first visit to make things simpler! Once you check in, you can enjoy our comfortable reception area. When it’s time for your appointment, your hygienist will bring you back to one of our modern operatories.

Your hygienist will typically begin by taking a comprehensive set of x-rays to evaluate all of your teeth, followed by a quick oral exam to determine whether you are a candidate for a routine cleaning. Once this is complete, Dr, Martin, Dr. Lopez, or Dr. Bagic will discuss treatment options based on your specific needs. If you are in excellent oral health, you’ll be sent home after you schedule your next checkup. If there are any areas of concern, your dentist will discuss them with you and develop a personalized treatment plan to restore your dental health.

What to Bring

Since we offer digital forms, there’s no need to bring in any paperwork. Just make sure you bring in your ID, insurance card, if applicable, and a method of payment for any copays.

It is also important to bring all information concerning your medical history and any medications you may be taking.
